We have partnered with leading fragrance experts to bring you proprietary blends that comply with vegan standards and are phthalate/paraben and sulfate free. This product has no animal derivatives nor has it been animal tested at all. Our wax is a soy blend and our wicks are cotton.
Most important is the first burn. You must initially allow one hour burn for each inch of the container diameter to prevent tunneling. With proper burning, allow for a full pool/liquid of wax..fully melted from edge to edge, usually 2-3 hours to minimize tunneling and trimming of the wick each burn cycle, you should be able to enjoy 60 hours of burn time with given room conditions. ie. drafts, a/c’s, fans, etc. Please note to discontinue use when 1/4 of inch of wax is left. For safe burning, it is suggested to burn no longer than 4 hour increments. Burning any candle too long can cause any wick to become unstable. Never leave a burning candle unattended.

We will accept returns within 7 days of receipt of goods provided they are in original, resell-able and unused condition due to any errors on our part only. Otherwise all sales are final, please choose carefully. Please contact sales@etallife.com for next steps.
We typically ship within 2-5 business days from our studio in Los Angeles, CA. Once your package leaves our studio, it can take 2-8 business days to reach you. Shipping times will vary depending on location and time of year.
We currently ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
On orders of $125 or more, we offer free shipping otherwise we have a flat rate cost of $9.95.
